Install the desktop app

Download the macOS app, open it, and sign in with Google. The app talks to the Halper API using your Google identity; no shared dev token is used in production.

02

Grant capture permissions

macOS requires Microphone and Screen Recording access before Halper can hear calls, capture system audio, or answer from screenshots.

03

Review sessions later

The dashboard shows your sessions, answer history, transcripts when saved, latency metadata, and Markdown exports you can download.

Built for real calls

Fast where it matters, explicit where macOS requires it.

Google sign-in is the default account system.

Backend storage is per user in Firestore.

Session exports are downloaded from the dashboard.
